PRE ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Few things you need to know:

Expected dispatch is around the 16th of December, unless your order includes embroidery.

Whilst we don't expect any delays - there is always a possibility so please keep this in mind. 

For orders with personalisation, there is no guaranteed date to be dispatched, it will likely be end December or early Jan.

If there are any delays, we will contact you via email.

We won't be able to reply to individual emails enquiring about pre order delivery dates during this time as we will be prioritising timely dispatch of all orders.

If you order in stock items with your pre order items - these will all ship together. We recommend placing two separate orders if you'd like the in stock items earlier.
