How to Make a Claim - Please read our warranty coverage before making a claim.

1. Duration: This limited warranty is valid on backpacks for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
2. Scope: The warranty covers defects that render the bag unusable, specifically:
   • Hardware components.
   • External seams.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear due to normal use.
• Washing issues.
• Handles breaking from overloading or excessive weight.
• Damage caused by improper care, exposure to mould, or stains.
• Any other issues deemed not to be a manufacturing fault.

Claims and Resolution

• Repair: The warranty covers repairs for minor damages where possible.
• Replacement Warranty: The warranty offers a replacement for defective items.
• Refunds/Credits:
  • Approved claims made within three (3) months of purchase will be eligible for a store credit, or replacement.
  • Approved claims made after three (3) months will only be eligible for store credit equivalent to the cost of the item claimed.

Important Notes

• All warranty claims are subject to our review and approval. We reserve the right to determine whether a product meets the conditions for a valid warranty claim at our sole discretion.
• This warranty is valid only for items purchased directly through our Kinnder website.
• Updates or amendments to these warranty terms will include their respective effective dates.
• Personalisation of the backpack will not be replaced under warranty and any modifications to the bag will not be covered as part of this warranty.
