Hardware failure (buckle, zipper, clip, snap) that renders the bag unusable
External seam failure that renders the bag unusable

General wear and tear from normal use
Handle breaking from overloading or excessive weight
Washing issues or damage from improper care
Mould, staining, or exposure to the elements
Personalisation or modifications to the bag
Within 3 months of purchase: store credit or replacement
After 3 months: store credit equivalent to the item cost
