While we call it a toddler backpack, it’s also a great fit for kids up to around age 5, depending on what you’re packing. Embroidery Guidelines
Please note the following when adding embroidery to your order:
- Hyphens are not supported (e.g., Mary-Ann will appear as Mary Ann).
- Personalised orders with a period or special character will be automatically embroidered without these.
- Periods cannot be included (e.g., K. L will appear as K L).
- Names must be 10 characters or fewer, including spaces, to ensure readability.

A few things you need to know:
Estimated dispatch will be on 17th March (excluding orders with embroidery or personalisation).
Whilst we don't expect any delays - there is always a possibility, so please keep this in mind.
For orders with personalisation, the embroidery time will be 5-7 days due to a large volume of orders. If you need your bag in a hurry, we recommend upgrading to express shipping. Please note this will only reduce the shipping transit time - your order will still be personalised in order of when it was received.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to reply to individual emails enquiring about pre order delivery dates during this time as we will be prioritising timely dispatch of all orders.
If you order in stock items with your pre order items - these will all ship together. We recommend placing two separate orders if you'd like the in-stock items earlier.
