Please note that our font has recently changed so any new orders may not match existing purchases if you're wanting to add to your collection. If you'd like to specifically match, please email us a photo of your bag and request and we can do our best to accommodate this.

We generally have a 1-2 business days turnaround on personalised items. This may be extended during busy periods. This includes November - January and during promotions.

As these bags are customised and aren't able to be resold, there are no change of mind returns on personalised bags. Please see our returns page for more details regarding returns.

All of our bags can be embroidered except for the mini lunch bags.

Our bags are personalised in house using the highest quality polyester embroidery thread. These are set up by hand and embroidered by machine.
Due to the nature of the bags, print and being set up by hand whilst we do our best to ensure absolute precision there is a margin of acceptable error in terms of the placement of the name. -
Due to the width of the bags, we have a 9 character limit. If you need 2 names, a space is included as a character. For example INDIA MAY would fit but INDIA ROSE wouldn't.
We can not embroider special characters or hyphens at this time. -
The size of embroidery is dependant on the length of the name as we have a maximum width of 10cm to work with. Longer names will have smaller characters and shorter names, larger characters. The largest letter height we do is 2cm and we aim for all names to be as close to this as possible only starting to reduce the height when the width needs to be reduced.
If you are ordering multiple bags with different names, please expect their sizes may be different. -
Due to the volume of orders we receive, we can only embroider in capital letters at this time to avoid errors.
