As these bags are customised and aren't able to be resold, there are no change of mind returns on personalised bags.

All of our bags can be embroidered except for the mini lunch bags.

You can see our slide show of examples below, however please note that every name will be different and the length of the name determines the height of the characters.

Our bags are personalised in house using cotton embroidery. These are set up by hand and embroidered by machine.

Unfortunately due to the way the machine is set up, we can not accommodate 2 names unless hyphenated and 10 characters or less.
We can not embroider special characters at this time.
